  • FAQ for users without user's account:

    • Is it possible to download file FAST without signing up? Yes, just click the "download fast" button on the download page and follow instruction. Unfortunately payment with premium messages in not available in all the countries yet, so please select best suitable method.
    • Why can't I download file SLOW? In a moment when eDisk says "Number of slow downloads has reached the limit", it means that too many users is downloading SLOW. You can try it again later, or use FAST download. Another reason for such behavior is that you are already downloading file from the same IP address(only one download per IP address is allowed).
    • For how long will my files remain on eDisk? Files will remain saved on eDisk for as long as 30 days from the last download of that file. In other words, if every 30 days one user downloads the file, the period will be automatically extended by other 30 days. When a file has 50+ downloads, the period is automatically extended to 60 days from last download.
    • Is there a limit for the size of a file? You can upload file with a size of maximum 2000 MB (2 GB).
    • Is it possible to delete uploaded files? Yes, right after the upload finishes, you will receive a download link as well as a delete link. Simply put that link into your browser and file will be deleted instantly.
    • Is it possible to delete a file if i lost the delete link? Please send to our email address support@edisk.eu links to file(s) you wish to delete as well as an IP adress, from where this file(s) were uploaded. You can see your IP address ie. here.
    • What benefits can i expect from signing up? Registered users can enjoy a data storage with unlimited capacity and bandwith. They can manipulate with files easily with our file manager. They also have an opportunity to get credit for FAST downloading.
    • How much files can be uploaded to eDisk? There is no such limit. You can upload as much data as you please.
    • Why is my file missing/not available? The most probable reason why was your file removed is a violation of our terms of usage. It could also have been removed automatically after 30 days when nobody downloaded that file (more in "For how long will my files remain on eDisk?")
    • How can I upload files which are not visible in file search results? On page after the upload finishes click the "edit description", check "private file" and confirm by pressing "Save" button.
    • What can i do when file is password protected? You need to ask user who uploaded the file for the password.
    • Why can't I download file from 18+ section slow (for free)? You can download files from this section only with kredit.
  • FAQ for signed up users:

    • My download failed unexpectedly before the end. What can i do? It is possible to download files again very easily in section "statistics / recent downloaded files". You can see a list of all files you have downloaded in past 24 hours. In case you paid for the files with credit or SMS message, this second download is, of course, free of charge.
    • How can i buy credit for FAST downloading? First you have to sign up here. After you log into your account, select option „credit“. You can buy credit by bank transfer or premium SMS. Premium SMS might not be available in other countries.
